For Your Protection and Ours
Did we get what you sent?
All returns are subject to verification. Stones received for return must match our records exactly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry or stones.
Insurance coverage on shipped packages ends upon delivery – albeit to you or ANY agent signing for the package – this includes co-workers or landladies or agents or anyone accepting receipt of the package on your behalf. We strongly recommend that you instruct us to send the package to a Fed Ex Station for Hold and Pickup if you are not going to be present to sign for the package yourself. Fed Ex Station Hold is a wonderful option to assure your package gets in your hands if you are not available at time of delivery.
What if the package is smooshed?
Insurance coverage on shipped packages ends upon delivery. Upon receipt of your order, examine the package thoroughly to ensure the security of your package has not been violated BEFORE SIGNING for it. If you suspect tampering or damage, REFUSE DELIVERY and call us immediately at 1-800-524-7904. All Fed Ex shipments of finished jewelry stones will be shipped double boxed to maintain the integrity of packaging in the inner box. Therefore, if you receive a box with damage showing on the outer box or you suspect tampering, open the outer box IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON and MAKE SURE THE INNER BOX IS INTACT. If there is damage, file a report with the driver, get a written confirmation and call us immediately. DO NOT LET THE DRIVER OUT OF YOUR SITE IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS!!!
We strongly recommend you obtain proper insurance for your jewelry items.
We are not responsible for intentional or accidental damage inflicted to cubic zirconia and/or jewelry items as a result of wear and tear or neglect. If you need information about an insurance policy to repair or replace your jewelry with like kind and quality, we can help you with a personal jewelry insurance application and quote through Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company. This is a service to you as we make nothing from these insurance policies.

Treasures in the Attic
Ready to ship treasures that are mostly one of a kinds, when it is gone it will be removed, never to be seen again. These are things that we made for spec, or made for a client who forgot to pay, or sadly, made for a client who was then told, "NO!" when the proposal was made.
